About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
2. Support in onboarding new clients and understanding their requirements.
3. Communicate with clients regularly to ensure service satisfaction and resolve queries.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
5. Prepare client reports, feedback summaries, and performance updates.
6. Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to maintain engagement.
7. Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and suggest improvements.

5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about client management and business communication.
