Client Relationship Manager (Interior Design) Internship in Bangalore at The Signature Design Studio

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Onboard clients by greeting them, understanding their requirements, and introducing them to the studio's design process.
2. Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and the design team regarding project updates, timelines, and coordination.
3. Coordinate site visits between clients and the design team and record meeting minutes with follow-ups on action items.
4. Support senior management by preparing presentations for client pitches and following up on potential leads.
5. Address client queries related to design concepts, material selections, and project costs.
6. Maintain client databases, feedback forms, and project documentation records.
7. Collect post-project feedback to assess client satisfaction and gather testimonials.
