About the internship
1. Make outbound calls to prospective leads and receive inbound calls from existing customers.
2. Explain service features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers to drive sales and achieve targets.
3. Address customer queries, complaints, and grievances professionally and effectively.
4. Update customer details, call outcomes, and relevant information in the company database or CRM system.
5. Follow provided scripts to communicate company offers and services effectively.
6. Build rapport with customers, handle objections, and persuade prospects professionally.

Other requirements
Requirements & Skills:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and polite tone.
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel, and internet browsing.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, persuade customers, and handle objections.
4. Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred; freshers are also welcome.
5. High school diploma or equivalent qualification; degree holders may also be considered.
