About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Marketing & brand strategy:
1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, influencer, etc.)
2. Oversee content and brand messaging across platforms (social media, website, email, PR)
3. Work with designers, creators, and vendors to bring campaigns to life
4. Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies based on insights
B. Client relationship management:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and collaborators
2. Understand client needs and ensure timely, clear, and proactive communication
3. Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent touchpoints
4. Handle feedback, queries, and project updates with professionalism
C. Growth & business development:
1. Identify opportunities for partnerships, referrals, and market expansion
2. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches
3. Attend networking events or client meetings (virtual or in-person)
4. Track client satisfaction and retention metrics
D. Communication & coordination:
1. Work with internal teams (design, content, leadership) to align on marketing goals
2. Create briefs, reports, and updates for clients and internal stakeholders
3. Maintain CRM or client/project trackers to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
