About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Executing transactions, following through on the execution of the required actions for the financial planning done
2. Staying careful about the smallest aspect of a transaction, both online and offline
3. Improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards for our organization or department
4. Providing help and advice to customers using our organization's products or services
5. Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings, and attending seminars and fund manager events
