About the internship
You will support our key account managers in keeping existing clients happy. That means tracking every shipment issue to closure, sending daily updates, and calling clients before they have to call us.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Log client complaints as tickets and follow up until each one is closed
2. Send daily vehicle placement and delivery status updates to clients
3. Make scheduled check-in calls to clients and note their feedback
4 Chase delivery documents (PODs) so billing is not delayed
