About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
2. Prepare and maintain client reports and documents using MS Office tools.
3. Communicate effectively with clients through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
4. Collaborate with the team to create strategies for client retention and growth.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
6. Support the team in organizing client events and meetings.
7. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the client servicing department.
