About the internship
Energy Alternatives India (EAI) is seeking interns to support its initiatives in climate education, training, and capacity building. This role focuses on researching learning needs across diverse climate-related stakeholder groups and helping design impactful education and training formats using AI-enabled content development tools. Interns will also support the delivery of online and in-person training sessions to strengthen climate literacy and awareness.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Study and analyze the education and training needs of key stakeholder segments - including students, professionals, government bodies, and industry organizations - across major climate domains.
2. Use AI & ML tools to design and develop training materials, structured modules, and digital learning content focused on climate action and climate-tech themes.
3. Help plan and coordinate online and offline climate education workshops, courses, and awareness sessions.
4. Engage with academic institutions, climate educators, industry experts, and public bodies to gather insights on curriculum relevance and training needs.
5. Assist in organizing webinars, expert panel discussions, and customized learning events; support platform-based learning initiatives.
6. Develop concise research notes, summaries, and presentations on climate education trends, learning models, and stakeholder expectations.
7. Work with consulting, product, and technology teams to ensure training content, delivery formats, and learning interfaces are aligned with user needs.
