Commercial Execution Internship in Kanpur Dehat at Datum Advanced Composites

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing customer contracts while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to all terms and conditions
2. Communicate regularly with customers to address concerns, update contract details, and maintain strong business relationships
3. Oversee service agreements with attention to detail to ensure seamless communication and timely fulfilment of service commitments
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service agreement obligations are met and exceeded
5. Support the cultivation and nurturing of positive relationships with existing and potential customers by serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries, support, and issue resolution
6. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by aligning services with evolving customer needs
7. Assist in developing and maintaining a robust and efficient supply chain to support advanced composites manufacturing processes
8. Support effective materials resource planning strategies using the advanced ERP system to optimise inventory levels, reduce shortages, and ensure timely material availability for production

Requirements:

1. Possess experience in supplier relations and supply chain management, specifically within the advanced composites or aerospace industry
2. Demonstrate familiarity with materials resource planning systems
3. Show previous experience using an ERP system such as SAP, Zoho One, or ERPNext for materials resource planning in a manufacturing environment
4. Hold a relevant educational background in business, supply chain management, or a related field
