About the internship
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized coordinator to join our team. The internship is for students in their final year or awaiting the results. Anyone having <2 years of experience can choose to apply as well. The performing candidates are eligible to receive a full-time job offer. The required training, mentorship will be provided at no cost.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in planning and coordinating aspects of meetups and outreach programs
2. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand objectives and assist in tailoring each campaign to meet those goals
3. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance event quality and innovation

Additional information
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 12,000 - 25,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 360000 to 550000/year1. You must be residing in Bengaluru and willing to work in a hybrid role from our J P Nagar office.
