About the internship
As an intern at Elevengroup, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced Company Secretaries. Your knowledge of Company Law, Accounting, and proficiency in both written and spoken English will be essential in supporting our day-to-day operations. Your proficiency in MS-Word and MS-Office will also be crucial in completing various administrative tasks.
1. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to company affairs.
2. Support in maintaining company records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
4. Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
5. Conduct research on legal and regulatory matters affecting the company.
6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Provide administrative support to the Company Secretaries as needed.
8. This Internship is for 15 months.
