About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in managing compliance under the Companies Act, 2013
2. Work on matters related to FEMA, LODR, and IPR
3. Support in conducting secretarial audits and due diligence
4. Handle routine and non-routine secretarial activities
5. Prepare reports, maintain statutory registers, and support compliance documentation
Who We're Looking For:
1. Immediate joiner
2. Semi-qualified company secretary or management trainee
3. Strong research and interpersonal skills
4. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities
5. Ability to work both independently and in a team setup
