About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the manager/senior manager in providing company secretarial matters/FEMA rules and regulations/legal documentation, and matters for private companies incorporated in India or outside India
2. Handle a full set of company secretarial documents and activities
3. Prepare resolutions, notices (board meeting and general meeting), and correspondence requirements of the company for review by the manager
4. Maintain statutory records for the companies
5. Update and maintain records/information
6. Follow instructions from the manager and other superiors
7. Coordinate with other teams, such as finance, tax, and legal, for document requirements and resolutions.
8. Other tasks/compliances under the Companies Act/FEMA or assigned by the Management on a time-to-time basis.
