About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting, preparation, and review of agreements, letters, documents, and petitions as per various laws
2. Filing of various e-forms, letters, documents, and applications with statutory and government authorities
3. Communicating with clients from time to time over email, telephone, or in-person meetings
4. Liaising with various government and statutory authorities
5. Monitoring and coordinating with employees and trainees at the office
6. Attending meetings and monitoring them
7. Contributing to the knowledge management team
8. Updating on provisions of the extant laws in force
9. Doing any other work in connection with the activities carried out by the organization from time to time

4. 12th pass candidates who are proficient in English communication and willing to pursue/ enroll in the company secretaries course as a career option
