About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in company/LLP incorporation and related filings
2. Preparation and filing of annual returns and forms with ROC (MGT-7, AOC-4, etc.)
3. Drafting board resolutions, minutes, notices, and agreements
4. Supporting in Secretarial Audits, Due Diligence, and Compliance Reporting
5. Maintaining statutory registers and records
6. Assisting in CSR, FEMA, and other compliance matters
7. Conducting legal and regulatory research as required

1. Passed or pursuing CS Executive or Professional Programme (ICSI)
2. Available to work full-time from office (Baner, Pune)
3. Minimum training period of 12 / 24 months (as per ICSI guidelines)
4. Candidates with prior internship or compliance exposure will be preferred
5. Should be disciplined, detail-oriented, and committed to learning
