About the internship
We are looking for a motivated compliance intern to join our compliance department for the Real Estate division. The selected candidate will assist the team in handling regulatory compliance matters related to real estate projects and documentation.
This internship is ideal for candidates who have prior internship experience and are looking to gain practical exposure in real estate compliance and regulatory processes.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in compliance-related work for real estate projects.
2. Support the team in documentation and maintaining compliance records.
3. Assist in regulatory filings and documentation related to RERA and other applicable regulations.
4. Coordinate with internal departments for compliance-related information.
5. Maintain proper records of compliance documents and updates.
6. Conduct basic legal/compliance research when required.

Other requirements
1. LLB graduates or final-year LLB students preferred.
2. Candidates who have completed internships in RERA or real estate compliance will be preferred.
3. Basic understanding of real estate laws and regulatory compliance.
4. Good communication and documentation skills.
5. Ability to work in a team and manage tasks efficiently
