About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and analyze trends, viral content, and audience preferences across YouTube and digital platforms
2. Conduct in-depth topic research to ensure content accuracy, originality, and engagement
3. Ideate and write engaging scripts for YouTube videos, social media, and digital content
4. Align scripts with the brand's tone, messaging, and overall content strategy
5. Collaborate closely with video editors, content creators, and the creative team to ensure scripts translate effectively into videos
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and innovative storytelling approaches
7. Craft compelling narratives using dialogue, humor, and emotional depth to connect with audiences
8. Optimize scripts for pacing, clarity, and impact to maximize watch time and engagement

Other requirements
1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in mass communication, journalism, creative writing, film studies, or a related field
2. Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and content structuring skills
3. Ability to conduct in-depth research, gather insights, and present them engagingly while meeting deadlines
4. Basic understanding of YouTube and social media platforms and how to write effective video content
