DESCRIPTION
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist in creating engaging content across multiple formats including blogs, white papers, thought leadership pieces, product stories, website content, and social media.
2. Research and draft compelling narratives that align with Eccentric's voice and mission.
3. Collaborate with senior writers and editors to refine content for different audiences and platforms.
4. Coordinate with PR consultants/agencies to support media outreach efforts and build media relationships.
5. Help draft press materials such as press releases, pitches, and media kits for announcements and events.
6. Track media coverage and prepare reports and analysis for internal stakeholders.
7. Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate technical information into easy-to-understand and engaging stories.
8. Assist in building product narratives that resonate with both business and consumer audiences.
9. Draft and edit editorial content for leadership including interviews, event speeches, bylines, and opinion articles.
10. Conduct research to support thought leadership initiatives across various platforms.
11. Contribute to shaping and maintaining a consistent brand voice across content and communication materials.
12. Support in developing communication strategies for key product launches, company milestones, and global campaigns.
13. Help plan and execute communication rollouts for major announcements, product launches, and external events.
14. Support the marketing and events team with content and coordination as needed.

Other requirements
1. Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Your grammar and vocabulary should be top-notch.
2. Strong communication skills and a knack for crafting clear, concise, and engaging messages.
3. Highly organized and structured in your approach to work, with great attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
6. A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
