About the internship
As a marketing & video editing intern at Mentors Pool, you will be the creative force behind our digital presence. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, visual design, and education technology, who is ready to learn and execute impactful content strategies to build a global brand in SAP training and emerging technologies.
Selected interns' day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content Creation-Design reels, shorts, and static posts for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
2. Create hook-based educational content and storytelling-based reels using trending formats. Develop face-cam video content or use AI-generated voice-over/videos if preferred.
3. Use Canva, VN/InShot, CapCut, or Adobe tools to create professional, engaging content.
4. Repurpose training snippets into short social media clips with captions and transitions.
5. Edit SAP-related workshop videos and convert them into 30-60 second reels.
6. Apply trending transitions, subtitles, emojis, and icons to boost engagement.
7. Maintain high-quality thumbnails, cover designs, and titles optimized for SEO.
8. Maintain a content calendar and post 3-4 times weekly across platforms.
9. Collaborate to increase followers, comments, shares, and engagement using creative hooks.
10. Schedule posts and stories using tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer.
11. Create reels for upcoming free SAP demo sessions and course launches.
12. Highlight testimonials, trainer intros, student reviews, and training snippets.
13. Ideate campaigns around SAP trends, learner milestones, tech news, and Memes.
14. Use ChatGPT to generate captions, hooks, and script ideas.
15. Use Midjourney, Pika Labs, Eleven Labs or other AI tools to enhance content quality.
16. Incorporate interactive elements like polls, countdowns, behind-the-scenes, etc.
17. Work closely with the marketing head and operations team to align with launch plans.
18. Track content performance weekly and propose improvements.
19. Maintain organized folders and naming conventions for videos, assets, and drafts.
