Content Writer + Social Media Manager :
Location : Delhi NCR

What You'll Do (Under the Mentorship of the Founder) :
- Understand brand values, brand story and brand content lines, to further ideate.
- Content Writing: Craft engaging captions, blogs and social copy that reflect our voice of self-love, motivation, and quiet luxury fashion.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and post across Instagram & other platforms to build reach and engagement.
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's values and business goals, with a focus on building an organic and engaged community.
- Research trends, reels formats, and hashtags to keep content fresh and discoverable.
- Collaborate with design/video teams for creative campaigns and shoots.
- Monitor analytics, track growth, and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Brainstorm new campaigns, giveaways, and community-building ideas.
What We're Looking For :
- A personal passion for self-growth: You're already into personal development reading, journaling, meditating, or simply living a growth-oriented lifestyle.
- Excellent at Market Research, interpersonal & social skills and understanding Context.
- Strong writing skills with a positive, conversational style.
- Understanding of Instagram & short-form content trends.
- Basic knowledge of design or editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-starter who is organised, consistent, and eager to learn.
- Ability to commit full-time for 6 months.
What You'll Learn :
- End-to-end social media strategy: content planning, execution, and analytics.
- Creative storytelling and brand-building for a premium fashion/lifestyle audience.
- Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite).
- Trend spotting, influencer collaborations, and community management.
