About the internship
1. Own end-to-end social media strategy and execution across multiple handles
2. Plan, create, and manage content shoots (including shooting simple content and coordinating with videographers)
3. Guide editors/designers and independently create basic reels, carousels, and creatives
4. Publish content consistently and keep stories and community engagement active
5. Conceptualise and execute engagement campaigns and special initiatives
6. Write LinkedIn posts, blogs, and long-form content based on research and ecosystem insights
7. Manage newsletters, emailers, and WhatsApp campaigns when required
8. Track performance and optimise content based on insights

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 31st Dec'25 and 4th Feb'26
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Delhi only
5. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. 2 years of experience in social media management, content, or digital marketing
2. Strong content thinking + execution skills (strategy + hands-on work)
3. Excellent writing skills (especially LinkedIn and long-form content)
4. Comfortable with on-ground shoots and real-world storytelling
5. Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn (algorithms & formats), Canva (mandatory), and basic video editing tools (preferred)
6. Ability to manage multiple handles and priorities simultaneously
7. Research skills and curiosity about social impact, gender, mobility, and livelihoods
