About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create engaging content for social media platforms and the website
2. Implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic to our online platforms
3. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
4. Utilize digital marketing tools to analyze performance and optimize strategies
5. Manage Instagram marketing campaigns and audience engagement
6. Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and content plans
7. Utilize Google Analytics, AdWords, Keyword Planner, and AI tools to track and improve campaign performance

Other requirements
1. You understand Instagram natively — you know what makes a Reel stop the scroll
2. You have a sense of Indian cultural aesthetics (weddings, regional traditions, festive visual language)
3. You can write in English and Hindi; comfort with Bengali or other regional languages is a bonus
4. You are organised — content calendars, deadlines, and briefs don't intimidate you
5. You know basic Canva or have some exposure to Adobe tools
6. Prior social media management experience or a personal Instagram presence with consistent creative work is a strong plus
