About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create engaging content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
2. Shoot and confidently appear in videos and reels for social media.
3. Develop creative and trending content ideas relevant to our brand and target audience.
4. Plan and execute reels, posts, stories, and other short-form content.
5. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles.
6. Write engaging captions and basic social media copy.
7. Monitor social media insights, including reach, engagement, views, and follower growth.
8. Develop and implement strategies to improve social media performance and engagement.
9. Support influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns when required.
10. Coordinate with the team for content planning and execution.

Other requirements
Requirements
1. Fluent in English, especially while speaking on camera and creating video content.
2. Must be comfortable and confident facing the camera.
3. Ability to independently shoot and create content using a smartphone.
4. Strong creativity and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
5. Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and current social media trends.
6. Basic knowledge of Canva and/or video editing apps is preferred.
7. Strong communication skills and willingness to experiment with new content.
8. Proactive, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who doesn't just execute tasks but can think creatively, generate ideas, create content, appear on camera, and actively contribute to improving our social media reach, engagement, and overall performance.
Additional Requirements
1. Mumbai-based candidates only.
2. Must be comfortable travelling to Goregaon East for an on-site internship.
3. Must have a personal laptop for content planning, editing, and social media work.
4. Must be confident and comfortable facing the camera for reels and other video content.
