About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Shoot product photos and videos of our jewellery: on-model shots, close-ups, and lifestyle content
2. Edit and deliver ready-to-post Instagram Reels every week, with strong hooks, on-screen text, and trending audio
3. Plan and run weekly shoot days with models and creators (you don't need to appear on camera yourself)
4. Film street and in-store interaction videos with customers and the public
5. Turn trends and our content ideas into reels that people save, share, and send to friends
6. Create 2-3 variations of top reels for ad testing
7. Track reel performance (reach, shares, watch time) and use it to improve future content
8. Keep our footage library organized and easy to find

Other requirements
1. Must share a portfolio of at least 3 reels or videos shot and edited by you
2. Comfortable editing in Instagram Edits, CapCut, or similar apps
3. Available 6 days a week, 8 hours a day, at our office in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai
4. Comfortable approaching and directing people during shoots
5. Candidates pursuing mass media, film, photography, or design preferred
