About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan and ideate content independently with a clear understanding of what to create and why
2. Capture behind-the-scenes content at factory and project sites
3. Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and viral patterns and adapt them to the brand
4. Shoot and edit high-quality videos and reels into clear and engaging stories
5. Collaborate closely with on-site teams to ensure strong content quality, angles, and storytelling
6. Manage the complete content process from ideation to publishing and engagement
7. Maintain consistency in posting and ensure alignment with brand positioning
8. Capture photos and videos of completed projects for social media updates
9. Analyze content performance and continuously improve based on insights

Other requirements
1. Prior experience in content creation through personal pages, freelance work, or internships
2. Strong skills in video shooting and editing
3. Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms
4. Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, and short-form content trends
5. Basic understanding of digital marketing as an added advantage
6. A proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and responsibility without requiring constant instructions
