Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities
A. Understand the Assigned Video Topic
1. Research the topic by watching at least one relevant YouTube tutorial.
2. Take notes on key steps, concepts, and important details.
3. Review the provided example video for reference and style alignment.
B. Record the Video
1. Use screen recording software such as OBS Studio, Camtasia, or QuickTime.
2. Record the process step-by-step, ensuring all actions are clearly visible.
3. Focus on clarity and simplicity; avoid overcomplicating explanations.
4. Do not use unrelated stock footage.
5. Use appropriate devices (e.g., a smartphone for mobile apps; PC/laptop for desktop tools).
C. Create the Voiceover
1. Record a clear and concise explanation for each step.
2. Speak at a moderate pace and use the second-person perspective (e.g., "You can now click...").
3. Begin with a brief introduction that summarizes the video's purpose.
4. Keep pauses and stutters to a minimum; aim for smooth delivery.
D. Submit the Video
1. Save the completed video in the designated Google Drive folder.
