About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Write a balanced mix of long-form articles, deep-dive insights, and short-form pieces tailored for various platforms.
2. Learn project management frameworks and turn them into accessible, engaging narratives.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align writing with the brand's voice, tone, and purpose.
4. Sign published work, bringing a unique perspective and narrative style to each piece.

1. Human-first writing: Actually reads, with a distinct voice, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to articulate nuances without relying on AI shortcuts.
2. Curiosity and depth: Enjoys making sense of complex concepts and turning raw insights into pearls of wisdom.
3. Attention to detail: Takes pride in handovers that are complete, with written work that requires minimal rework.
4. Ability to write without relying on AI tools.
