About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Script writing & content development: Research, ideate, and write engaging scripts for YouTube videos, social media, and digital content. Ensure scripts align with the brand's tone, messaging, and content strategy.
2. Research & trend analysis: Stay updated on current trends, viral content, and audience preferences in the YouTube and digital space. Conduct thorough research on topics to ensure accuracy, originality, and engagement.
3. Collaboration & creative input: Work closely with video editors, content creators, and the creative team toensure scripts translate well into engaging videos. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and innovative
storytelling techniques.
4. Storytelling & audience engagement: Craft scripts with engaging dialogues, humor, and emotional depth to create a strong connection with viewers. Optimize scripts for pacing, clarity, and impact to maximize watch time and engagement.
This internship is ideal for aspiring writers who want hands-on experience in YouTube content creation and the digital media industry.

Other requirements
1. Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in mass communication, journalism, creative writing, film studies, or a related field.
2. Writing skills: Strong command of storytelling, scriptwriting, and structuring engaging content.
3. Research ability: Ability to deep-dive into topics, gather insights, and present them in an engaging way and ability to meet deadlines.
4. Understanding of YouTube & social media: Basic knowledge of what works on digital platforms and how to write engaging content for video.
