Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Client communication: Serve as the point of contact for clients, answering basic inquiries about services and scheduling appointments.
2. Appointment scheduling: Manage and organize client appointments, ensuring the calendar is up to date and that there are no scheduling conflicts.
3. Reminders & follow-up: Send appointment reminders and follow-up messages to clients as needed to confirm upcoming appointments.
4. Documentation: Should be able to document the client status in the required format.
