About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Client prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients interested in residential and commercial building projects.
2. Project presentations: Assist in preparing engaging presentations that showcase the unique features of our projects.
3. Market research: Analyze local market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to support sales efforts.
4. Sales support: Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and provide detailed information about our properties.
5. Relationship building: Help nurture strong client relationships through personalized assistance and timely communication.
6. Property tours: Coordinate property visits, virtual tours, and site inspections for prospective buyers.
7. Sales documentation: Assist in preparing sales materials like contracts, brochures, and property specs.
8. CRM management: Keep client databases updated, track leads, and monitor sales progress using CRM tools.
9. Negotiation support: Provide administrative assistance during the negotiation and closing process.
10. Team collaboration: Work closely with senior sales staff, project managers, and marketing teams to drive results.
11. Learning & development: Participate in training sessions to sharpen your sales techniques and real estate knowledge.

5. Passion for real estate, especially in building projects and property sales.
