DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Call and counsel inbound and outbound leads and walk-in enquiries, understand student goals, current level, and target exam.
2. Explain SDC offerings clearly (batches, teaching approach, schedule, fees), and address parent concerns confidently.
3. Schedule demo lectures/center visits, ensure timely follow-ups, and drive conversions.
4. Maintain accurate lead notes, follow-up dates, and status updates in CRM/tracker.
5. Coordinate with telecallers, operations, and faculty for smooth onboarding and batch allocation.

2. can start the internship between 7th Jan'26 and 11th Feb'26
3. are available for duration of 6 months

Other requirements
1. Strong communication in English + Hindi (Marathi/Gujrati/Bihari is a plus) and comfortable talking to parents.
2. Basic understanding of Science Boards/CET/NEET/JEE ecosystem or willingness to learn quickly.
3. Confident, polite, and persuasive with good listening and problem-solving skills
4. Comfortable with daily calling, targets, and structured follow-up discipline.
5. Basic Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp communication skills.
