Creative And Operations Assistance Internship at Minus Equals Plus

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the creation of visual content such as graphics, illustrations, social media posts, and presentations
2. Help develop and edit artwork for marketing campaigns, branding materials, and internal needs
3. Support the design and execution of creative concepts for both print and digital media
4. Research design trends and contribute fresh, creative ideas
5. Work closely with artists and designers to execute ongoing art-related projects
6. Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, or events with clients, vendors, and team members
7. Maintain organized records, digital files, artwork databases, and project trackers
8. Assist with inventory management, including art supplies and office materials
9. Manage email communications, document preparation, and internal coordination tasks
10. Support day-to-day administrative operations of the studio or office
11. Liaise between the creative and administrative departments to ensure smooth workflows
12. Assist in organizing exhibitions, events, or workshops when applicable
13. Be adaptable to help with ad hoc tasks depending on business needs
