Working Days: Monday to Friday
Stipend: 20,000 - 25,000 per month
Duration: 6 Months

Creative Content & Video Intern:
We're looking for a creative, ideas-first Content & Video Intern to join our Employer Branding & Internal Engagement COE.
Someone who thinks in stories, understands new-age content, and can take an idea from concept storyboard shoot edit final creative. You'll work on social campaigns, events, and internal brand moments, with plenty of room to experiment and make things your own.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, campaign content, and event coverage.
2. Create quick-turnaround content primarily using a phone and basic camera setups.
3. Turn campaign briefs into fresh creative ideas and content formats.
4. Create supporting visual creatives for campaigns, events, and internal communications.
5. Experiment with trends, formats, and storytelling styles to identify what works for the audience.
6. Work with the team to bring campaigns and employee experiences to life, both on-screen and on-ground.

Other requirements
Who We're Looking For:
1. Background in Mass Communication, Film, Design, NIFT, Advertising, Media, or a similar field.
2. Strong visual sense and a social-native mindset.
3. Hands-on experience with tools such as VN, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools.
4. Ability to think creatively and execute independently.
5. Curious, enterprising, fast-learning, and passionate about creating good content.
6. Comfortable experimenting, trying new approaches, and figuring things out along the way.
Portfolio Requirement:
A portfolio is a must. You may share an Instagram, Behance, Google Drive, or any other link that showcases your work.
We'd especially like to see videos you've shot or edited, storyboards, campaign ideas, design work, or social media content. Personal and college projects are also welcome.
