About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage CRM entries and keep customer data updated.
2. Assist the sales team with follow-ups and lead coordination.
3. Track sales inquiries, quotations, and customer communication.
4. Prepare basic reports for sales performance, leads, and follow-up status.
5. Coordinate between sales, support, and operations teams.
6. Maintain proper documentation and organize client information.
7. Support in preparing proposals, emails, and presentations.
8. Help improve CRM workflow and maintain accuracy in the system.
