About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting of resolutions, minutes of board meetings, general meetings, notices, and other company secretarial documents.
2. Preparing and filing of Annual Filing documents and forms.
3. Filing of ECB, FC-GPR, and other FEMA compliances.
4. Managing all secretarial works such as the issue of shares, increase in authorized capital, transfer of shares, charge creation, modification, satisfaction, and shifting of registered office.
5. Handling all types of business licensing and registrations.
6. Working on the incorporation of companies and LLPs, their closure, and all mandatory compliances.
7. Coordinating with clients and external parties.
8. Managing dematerialization of shares.

Additional information
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 12,000 /month
