About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and develop engaging, age-appropriate educational content for children.
2. Create lesson plans, learning activities, worksheets, and educational frameworks.
3. Research curriculum standards, learning methodologies, and instructional approaches.
4. Collaborate with scriptwriters, illustrators, animators, and content creators to develop educational content.
5. Ensure content aligns with developmental milestones and defined learning outcomes.
6. Review and refine educational content based on feedback and learning objectives.
7. Develop creative learning experiences through storytelling, games, songs, and interactive activities.
8. Stay updated on early childhood education trends, curriculum frameworks, and instructional design practices.

Requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, English, Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Child Development, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of child learning and development.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong research, organizational, and content development skills.
6. Passion for creating engaging and meaningful educational experiences for children.
Preferred Skills
1. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, or instructional design.
2. Knowledge of early childhood education frameworks such as Montessori, EYFS, CBSE, or IB is a plus.
3. Experience creating educational activities, worksheets, or learning materials.
4. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini for content ideation and development is an added advantage.
5. Basic understanding of storytelling, educational content creation, and learner engagement.
6. A portfolio of educational content, lesson plans, teaching materials, or related work is a plus.
