Role Overview
We're looking for a Customer Experience Intern who will be at the heart of ensuring seamless program delivery, participant engagement, and overall satisfaction. This role requires strong ownership, communication, and execution skills, with a chance to convert into a full-time opportunity within 3 months.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage session confirmations, calendar updates, and attendance tracking.
2. Coordinate Fast Track (FT) sessions confirmations on Wednesdays and attendance on Thursdays (8:15 PM).
3. Share weekly attendance updates in designated groups.
4. Conduct community sessions, including flyer creation, moderator coordination, and promotions.
5. Share session details and gather confirmations from Program Leads (PLs) every Friday.
6. Support Saturday sessions and weekly engagement activities.
7. Maintain assignment dashboards and Learning Management System (LMS).
8. Handle participant onboarding, including welcome calls and WhatsApp group additions.
9. Review assignments and coordinate feedback with Program Leads.
Qualifications
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Prior experience or interest in customer engagement or support.
3. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
4. Highly organized, self-driven, and reliable.
5. Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
