About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the implementation of customer success programs and initiatives aimed at ensuring long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy
2. Investigate customer concerns, identify root causes, and work towards finding appropriate solutions to meet their needs, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible
3. Interact with customers regularly to proactively address their concerns, gather feedback, and provide personalized assistance, creating a sense of trust and loyalty
4. Document common customer queries, concerns, and resolutions to develop a comprehensive knowledge base that enhances the efficiency of future customer interactions
5. Work closely with various teams including product development and marketing, to communicate customer feedback, identify trends, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
6. Collect and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance overall customer happiness
7. Ensure our customers are happy and satisfied throughout their journey with us
