About the internship
As a customer onboarding & operations intern at Dinematters, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of customer relations and operational support. You will work closely with the team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients while providing exceptional customer support. Your attention to detail and effective communication skills will be key in maintaining strong client relationships.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with client onboarding process, including data entry and updating CRM systems
2. Support sales team with client interactions and sales support activities
3. Provide top-notch customer support through phone and email communication
4. Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
5. Collaborate with team members to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency
6. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
7. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance overall customer experience
8. Track active client usage, identify inactive clients, report low engagement, and assist in improving client engagement
9. Assist in posting DineMatters content on Instagram, maintain content consistency, and support marketing activities as required

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 7,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 3,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 240000/year
