As a customer relationship management intern at Hunarsource Consulting Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and gain hands-on experience in managing client relationships. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage with clients on a regular basis to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Assist in maintaining and updating client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client engagement and retention.
4. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues.
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating client meetings, presentations, and events.
6. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
7. Support the CRM team in implementing new technology and tools to enhance client relationships and communication.
