We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive summer interns to support our customer service and operations teams during the peak summer season. This internship offers hands-on exposure to day-to-day business operations and customer engagement activities in a dynamic work environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Customer Service
1. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person.
2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
3. Support customer satisfaction initiatives and service improvement activities.
B. Operations
1. Assist with daily operational activities and administrative tasks.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of processes.
3. Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
C. Coordination
1. Support scheduling, follow-ups, and communication between departments.
2. Assist in organizing meetings, events, and operational activities.
3. Track action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

1. Candidates with a finance background are an advantage, but freshers from any field are welcome.

6. Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, management, commerce, or a related field.
