3. Collaborating with the Customer Support team to ensure a seamless customer experience
4. Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
5. Documenting customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services
6. Participating in training sessions to enhance your understanding of income tax laws and regulations
7. Assisting with special projects and initiatives to support the Customer Support team and company goals

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 20,000 - 20,001 /month
