DESCRIPTION
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Assist with onboarding new customers and guide them through the product, subscription details, and initial setup.
2.Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels while maintaining clear and professional communication.
3.Provide first-level product support, understand basic customer issues, troubleshoot where possible, and coordinate with the technical team for further assistance.
4.Follow up with customers to encourage product usage, engagement, and adoption.
5.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, queries, follow-ups, and resolutions.
6.Coordinate with the Sales, Billing, and Technical teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
7.Identify recurring customer concerns and share relevant feedback with the internal team.

5.Basic understanding of software or subscription-based products would be an advantage.
