About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Connect with existing customers and solve their queries.
3. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
4. Taking product demos and explaining the product.
5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
6. Update and maintain customer interaction records using CRM tools.
7. Explaining the multiple pricing plans of the product and helping them to select the correct plan.
8. Closing the deals.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent).
2. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and local languages.
3. Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
5. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools is a plus.
6. Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
