About the internship
Are you passionate about Ayurveda and providing exceptional customer service? Ayurveda House Private Limited is looking for a 'Customer Care' intern to join our team! As a 'Customer Care' intern, you will have the opportunity to engage with our customers, address their inquiries, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide personalized customer support.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
6. Assist in developing customer care strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
7. Stay up-to-date on Ayurvedic products and services to effectively address customer needs.
