About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities

1 .Handle inbound customer calls, queries, and service requests efficiently.
2. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
3. Manage complaints and grievances professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
4.Maintain and update customer records and interaction logs.
5.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution and service delivery.
6.Apply product and process knowledge while responding to customer concerns.
7. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service performance.
8.Assist in customer retention and relationship-building strategies.
9.Work towards improving customer experience and maintaining service quality standards.
10.Support CRM operations and daily customer service activities.
