About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with order-related concerns such as tracking, returns, refunds, replacements, and product information.
3. Identify complex issues and escalate them to the concerned departments when required.
4. Ensure a positive customer experience by communicating politely, empathetically, and in line with company policies.
