About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
2. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and follow-ups.
4. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
5. Ensure timely responses and adherence to turnaround times (TATs).
6. Assist in identifying recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
7. Provide product/service information to customers when required.
