About the internship
You'll be the face for our clients, owning relationships, driving adoption, and ensuring every customer experience is smooth, productive, and value-driven. You will be the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, advocating for user needs and ensuring the timely resolution of issues. Your role is key in improving retention, growing account value, and building lasting client trust.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Own the end-to-end relationship with customers from onboarding to renewal.
2. Proactively engage clients via calls and email to ensure active usage and satisfaction.
3. Deliver product walkthroughs and ongoing training to help users maximize platform value.
4. Track engagement and usage metrics to spot risks and intervene early.
5. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and other teams to deliver seamless solutions to client needs.
6. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and route them effectively to the sales team.
7. Log and report insights from customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
8. Maintain detailed and timely records of interactions in our CRM system.
9. Update leadership with customer health metrics, churn risks, and success stories.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Good understanding of customer lifecycle and relationship building.
4. Analytical thinker who’s comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze usage and reporting data.
5. Tech-savvy and eager to learn SaaS tools quickly.
6. Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities.
7. Self-driven, empathetic, and committed to delivering value at every touchpoint.
