We're looking for a friendly, patient, and proactive customer support intern who can help pet parents feel confident, informed, and supported through every step of their journey. Your role is to assist customers with their questions, guide them to the right pet, solve problems, and ensure they have a pawsitive experience from start to finish. And if you're great at what you do? We're ready to offer you a full-time role after your internship!
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Be the first point of contact for customers via calls, WhatsApp, and chat
2. Understand customer needs and guide them with accurate, friendly, and helpful responses
3. Answer questions about pets, care requirements, pricing, availability, and more
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and service experiences
5. Handle concerns or complaints with patience and empathy, always putting the customer (and the pet) first
6. Keep records updated and follow up like a champ
7. Help customers feel heard, helped, and happy

1. Experience: 0–2 years in customer support, service, or communication-based roles (freshers welcome)
2. Education: Any graduate degree; good communication skills are more important than fancy papers
3. People skills: You love talking to people and helping them, whether it's calming concerns or clarifying doubts
4. Communication: Clear, polite, and professional- especially over the phone and chat
5. Tech comfort: Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM tools, or a willingness to learn
